Have You Seen This Young Man?*
No matter, you see him everywhere...
He's lost and cannot find the peace he needs..
Lost... and needs The Shepherd.
The Shepherd is Jesus Christ. He is our only hope for the future.
He and He alone has the answer for the problems we face.
God loves all His creation.
God Loves You
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (Jn 14:6).
Many folks feel they live good, moral lives by most standards. They don't smoke or drink. They display honesty and integrity. They generally shun evil. Many even go to church and have been baptized in water. Yet they still face an eternity in hell because they have neglected to accept Jesus into their heart. They die never realizing how much God loves them. In fact, God loves all mankind, regardless of the life they lead or the problems they have.
The Bible tells us "God is not willing that any would perish, but that all would come to repentance" (II Peter 3:9).
Jesus is the Giver of Life. He said, "The thief cometh not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10).
We must partake of Jesus if we are to experience life in all areas of our being. Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation: but is passed from death unto life" (John 3:24).
What then, must you do to receive this life?
There is only one way to see the Kingdom of Heaven. "You must be born again" (John 3:7).
Being born again is the most important thing you can ever do. All other goals and aspirations in life pale in significance alongside the knowledge you are going to live forever with a loving heavenly Father. Yet, finding the only begotten Son of God through the shedding of His own precious blood on the Cross could be the easiest thing you will ever do.
It all starts with Repentance, which means to change or turn around. True repentance means recognizing your sinful life is wrong and a change of heart, attitude and direction is required. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1John 1:9).
Next, we must Believe in Jesus, that is believe in the deity and resurrection of Jesus Christ. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9).
And finally, Confess Jesus as Lord. You must use your mouth to sincerely confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. When you believe on Jesus with your heart and confess Him with your mouth you are partaking of the Tree of Life.
"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Rom. 10:10).
When you take these steps you give the Holy Spirit permission and freedom to do what only He can do.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast" (Eph. 2:8-9).
Your heart - belief and mouth-confession simply brings the Holy Spirit on the scene to create the miracle of the new birth.
Take a moment to pray this prayer. Say the words from your heart. If you mean them, Jesus will come into your heart and you will be born again.
Before you pray, remember this: NO MAN can come to the Father, except through Jesus Christ. No one can come to the Father, except through Jesus Christ my Lord.
"God in Heaven, I come to you in the name of Your Son, Jesus. I confess I haven't lived my life for You. I believe Jesus is the Son of God. I believe He died on the cross and rose again from the dead so I might eternal life in heaven. Jesus, I now repent of my sins and ask You to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. From this day forward, I'll live my life for You to the best of my ability. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen".
Now thank God for saving you and know for sure your life will never be the same again!
We encourage you to contact us and let us know you have prayed this prayer so we can add your name to our prayer list and correspond with you.
